The washroom was not cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly even the room wasn’t that clean. The mirror and sanitary fittings were so old. The corridor was smelling bad.

I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to major attractions. Overall, good value for the price. Road transportation only is bad.

The staff is very rude, they are not corporate and every time saying you pay only 4500 and want everything. Even though he was not giving an extra bed, after some discussion, he is giving it when we show your full booking details.

Rude and insulting approach by receptionist. Treating as though he is doing favour because i booked in mmt. He declined 2 meals which was mentioned in my booking confirmation. Very dirty bed sheets with lots of stains very dirty bathrooms. Lots of stain in wc. I refrained from using the toilet. Had to use elsewhere

Cons: rude staff, room floor is very dirty ***** with lot of hairs, no cable tv(only youtube, room window curtains are not proper. If we open window, lot of motor noise will come because of surrounding industries(24/7. So always windows will be closed. No fresh air. No toothpaste, no brush. Pros: adyar ananda bavan hotel is at ground floor. So no worries to search restaurant anywhere.

The stay was not up to the mark even though they approved my request for early check in. They charged rs 400 for the same. The place was not hygienic and was not cleaned properly. There were hairs on the bed. Bits and pieces of left over snack was on the chair. Even the bucket and mug in the washroom was dirty. I am not satisfied with the stay. The staff was friendly though.
